About Ella Moser
With over 15 years of experience in humanitarian and development programming — including 8 years as an independent consultant — I bring both proven expertise and adaptability to every engagement. Originally from the UK, I have been based near Bonn, Germany since 2015.
I draw on insights gained from collaborations with inspiring teams across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. These experiences enrich my approach and allow me to tailor solutions that resonate with different organisational contexts.

Organisational Experience
Since 2017, I have worked as an independent consultant on a wide variety of projects with international NGOs. Prior to establishing my consultancy, I held a global roving role with the Norwegian Refugee Council, where I advised on proposal development across multiple country programmes.
I have also gained valuable insight through collaboration with numerous international and local NGOs as part of joint application processes and consortium management.
I began my career with Oxfam GB, working in various positions based in the UK, Yemen, and Jordan. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in humanitarian and development programming and continue to inform my approach to supporting clients today.
